WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY—NYS Senator Sue Serino today announced that the State’s leading small business advocacy group, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), has backed her campaign for re-election.
“Sue Serino continues to be one of small businesses best friends in Albany. Hudson Valley small, independent businesses working every day to grow, hire and create opportunities in their communities are lucky to have a Senator who is working just as hard on their behalf,” said Greg Biryla, NFIB’s NY State Director.“Senator Serino has been a leader on the issues that matter most to small business owners – property tax relief, regulatory reform and economic opportunity. Good small business policy starts with electing good small business candidates and that’s why NFIB NY’s PAC is proudly endorsing Senator Sue Serino for reelection.”
In accepting the endorsement, Serino said,“As a small business owner myself, I know from experience just how hard it can be to operate here in New York. Our businesses-our job creators—are the backbone of our state and that’s why I have, and will continue to fight for policies that enable them to thrive. I am honored to have the endorsement of an organization that fights so hard for New York’s small businesses, and together, we can ensure that our small businesses, have effective, independent voices fighting for them in Albany.”
