HYDE PARK - Former State Senator Sue Serino recently announced that she has received the Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers, Inc. endorsement for her campaign to the next Dutchess County Executive.
In their endorsement letter to Sue Serino, the New York State Troopers PBA said, “It is with careful consideration that the NYSTPBA is endorsing Sue Serino for election as Dutchess County Executive. The NYSTPBA is confident that Sue Serino is the best candidate for Dutchess County Executive.”
In accepting the endorsement, Sue Serino said, “I am honored to receive the New York State Troopers PBA endorsement and to have the support of their members for our campaign for Dutchess County Executive. The brave men and women who make up our law enforcement community deserve to have a County Executive who is committed to ensuring that their voice is heard and that they have a seat at the table when policy decisions are made - and I will always do just that. Protecting public safety has always been a top priority of mine, and as Dutchess County Executive I will continue to advocate that our law enforcement officers have the support and tools needed to properly do their jobs.”
The Police Benevolent Association of the New York State Troopers, Inc. represents over 7,000 active and retired uniformed members of the New York State Police.
